Here is a long lasting 12 ft round salt water pool with a resin protection zone. Our RTR Resin Hybrid Pool track will not rust or corrode like most pools sold today. Pool features 6 inch extruded resin top seats and 6 inch hybrid framing uprights.
100% RESIN TOP TRACK PROTECTION!
We made sure that all top track on this 12 ft round salt water pool would be 100% resin. Since your resin track foundation of the pool is non-metallic, your pool will not suffer from any track corrosion that could damage your upper pool wall.

A beautiful litho printed wall sets this pool off in any yard. All seat covers and stabilizers are 100% resin. This 12 ft round salt water pool has been manufactured to withstand all the rigors of freezing winters and heavy snow loads no matter what part of the country you live in.

Since the structure is protected by a combination of finishes, it has a higher resistance to corrosion while preventing condensation between the liner and wall, ensuring a long life for your pool.

This addendum to the aboveground pool warranty is to cover corrosion when the pool is installed halfway in the ground. It does not cover structural damage due to improper installation procedures or frost heave. The conditions of our standard warranty are in full force when the pool is installed halfway in the ground if the following conditions are met: 1. The pool must be full prior to backfilling. 2. Proper backfill material must be used, such as sand or sifted soil with no rocks or sharp objects. 3. Neither the wall, the frame, nor any of the coatings must be damaged during the backfilling process. 4. Backfill must be graded away from the pool 10 degrees. 5. The pool must be kept 3/4 full of water at all times. If the pool must be drained at any time to service or repair the liner, it must be done during the dry season when the groundwater level is below the level of the pool bottom so that the pool does not collapse inward. Any damage caused during the backfill operations or as a result of draining the pool will void the warranty. Wilbar International will not be responsible for any inward collapse of the pool wall or frame under any circumstances. Wilbar International will also not be responsible for any pool failure resulting from excessive water conditions such as flooding due to rainfall or other conditions.
